Job Overview
The successful candidate would be joining a small, fast-paced team dedicated to helping their clients secure mortgages for their properties. We are a customer and referral partner-focused team where professionalism and efficiency are a must. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to follow established processes and be flexible enough to work
within a continuous improvement model.
Job Highlights
Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $4.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Pickering, Ontario Time includes 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours a day/40 hours a week)
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
● Assist Sales and Management Team with administrative tasks
● Email and Calendar management for Sales team
● Contact and Database management including email campaigns
● Lead intake, prospecting and follow up by phone, email & text
● Realtor & Referral Partner communication as necessary
● Webinar (Zoom) event management and follow-up
● Social media design, posting and follow-up
● Reporting (daily & weekly)
Skills
● Experience: Administration: 3 - 5 year (Preferred)
● Ability to manage and efficiently respond to a high volume of emails
● Google Workspace (GMail, GDrive, Sheets, Docs etc)
● Experience with Salesforce / GoHighLevel or similar CRM
● Customer Service and outbound calling experience
Team Environment
Virtual position using web, video, phone and text for communication
Fast paced work environment
Continual improvement – ability to implement, update and improve upon processes as necessary
Customer and Referral partner focused
