Job Highlights:

  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday
  • Rate: Up to Php233 per hour approximately PHP40,471 per month (to be paid on the selected candidates local currency)


We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-focused administrative officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and supporting a fast-paced business with exceptional administrative support. Strong administration and communication skills are the priorities.


About the Role

You will provide administrative support to our Australian recruitment team, working across CV formatting, reporting, systems updates, and high-volume admin tasks. You’ll be trained on our platforms and tools, but you must already be confident with Excel, Word, and managing data accurately. This is a role where strong English communication, initiative, and attention to detail are essential.


What You’ll Do

  • Format candidate CVs to a professional standard
  • Maintain and update reports and spreadsheets (Excel proficiency required)
  • Prepare data for government and contractor reporting
  • Manage email mailouts
  • Enter, clean, and verify data with high accuracy
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Update our recruitment system


What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to prioritize and stay organized when managing multiple tasks
  • Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, updating data, basic formulas)
  • Confidence using technology and learning new systems quickly
