Job Description

Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Manage the full billing-to-collection cycle with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure proper posting of transactions in ERP systems and maintain AR records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for collection follow-ups and issue resolution.
  
  
  

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare AR-related financial reports and assist with tax compliance requirements.
• Support adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  
  
  

Process Improvement & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Finance Supervisor and team to streamline AR processes.
• Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and strengthening financial controls.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

Educational Background

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or a similar field (CPA preferred but not required).
  
  
  

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing and collections using ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of AR, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
  
  
  

Other Requirements

• Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
• Ability to work onsite daily with flexible hours.
• Preferably based in Subic or Olongapo.
