The Opportunity

We're looking for sharp, articulate communicators who are driven to help businesses grow. Prior sales experience is a plus. If you can build trust quickly, hold a confident conversation, and commit to a proven system, we'll train you on the rest.

You'll be the first point of contact for interested business owners — responding to inquiries, leading consultative conversations, and guiding them through our seamless VA matching process.

What You'll Do

• Respond to all new leads within 5 minutes during business hours
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client needs
• Guide prospects through our VA selection and onboarding process
• Handle objections confidently and position our service as a strategic investment
• Close a minimum of 8 new client contracts per month (25% conversion target)
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date after every interaction

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Prior sales experience preferred — B2B, SaaS, or business services is a big plus
• Strong communicator who can think on their feet
• Reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace
• Available during U.S. business hours
• Coachable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
