Job Description

The Account Executive is a key contributor to the sales and business development efforts within a company. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, handling queries effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize and deliver optimal solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Analyze client data to identify additional opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights and experiences.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and boost revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while paying attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team effectively.
