Account Coordinator

Location: Fully Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract

Time Zone Requirement: U.S. Eastern Time (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST | Night Shift in PH)

Department: Account Management / Operations

Reports To: Senior Account Manager / Account Director

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $1,200 - $1,600/month (based on experience)

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support agency clients and internal teams in executing high-impact marketing deliverables.

This role is critical in managing internal workflows, translating project briefs into actionable tasks, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines. You will serve as a key connector between account and creative teams, helping maintain momentum across multiple projects.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume production environments and has a strong ability to stay organized, proactive, and detail-focused.

What You’ll Do

Project Workflow Management

  • Manage internal workflows for multi-platform brand and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure Account and Creative teams have the necessary inputs at key stages
  • Maintain project momentum and ensure deadlines are consistently met

Task & Brief Translation

  • Translate internal job briefs into clear, actionable task structures
  • Align deliverables with brand standards, campaign strategy, and timelines
  • Ensure clarity and organization across all project phases

Quality Control & Brand Consistency

  • Monitor brand consistency across all assets and platforms
  • Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines
  • Thoroughly proof all work before submission to senior team members

Tools & Systems Management

  • Use tools such as ClickUp and Slack to manage workflows and communication
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and task completion
  • Maintain clear visibility into task status across all assigned projects

Communication & Collaboration

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams
  • Support alignment between Account and Creative departments
  • Proactively follow up to ensure progress and completion of deliverables

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in account coordination, project management, or similar roles
  • Experience working in marketing, advertising, or creative environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage high-volume workflows

Schedule

Probationary Period

This role begins with a 90-day probationary period, with the expectation to transition into a full-time contract position upon successful integration.
