Video Editor

Job Description:

We are seeking a Video Editor to support high-volume creative production. This role is focused on executing video and motion-based assets based on provided briefs, with an emphasis on speed, consistency, and output.

This is a production-focused role, not an ideation role. Creative direction, concepts, and briefs will be provided, and the role is responsible for turning those into high-quality video and motion assets at scale.

This position plays a key role in scaling creative output and supporting increased production volume across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Motion & Video Production

• Create and edit motion-based and video assets based on provided briefs
• Execute animations, transitions, and edits to produce finished creatives
• Ensure consistency in pacing, structure, and visual output

Creative Iteration & Scaling

• Produce multiple variations of video and motion assets
• Adapt creatives across different formats and use cases
• Implement feedback quickly and accurately

Workflow & Execution

• Work closely with the creative strategist and team
• Manage deadlines across high-volume deliverables
• Maintain organized project files and version control

Qualifications:

Required

• Experience in motion design and/or video editing
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and handle high output volume
• Ability to follow direction and deliver consistently

Preferred

• Experience creating content for social media or advertising
• Understanding of pacing, motion, and visual storytelling
• Experience working in fast-paced, production-heavy environments
