Your Role:

As a Music Video Editor, you will support artist releases with engaging, high-volume visual content. You are expected to:

• Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create long-form video content for YouTube.
• Produce 15-20 short-form videos per song release, optimized for social platforms.
• Design and edit visualizers and lyric videos synced to music and vocals.
• Develop creative Instagram carousels including lyrics, storytelling, announcements, and BTS concepts.
• Adapt editing styles to different artists, genres, moods, and brand guidelines.
• Stay current with social media trends, formats, and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with artists and internal teams to execute creative concepts.
• Manage multiple releases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Develop label brand assets such as templates, promo graphics, and campaign visuals.

What You Need: Non-negotiables

• Proven experience working with music or artists (labels, musicians, producers, or creative teams).
• Strong expertise in short-form content editing and platform-native storytelling.
• Ability to quickly adapt styles (UGC/trends, cinematic, lyric-driven, clean/luxury, edgy, pop, meme-style).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent tools).
• Strong motion typography, pacing, and attention to detail.
• Portfolio Requirement: Must submit 2–3 short-form music videos in different styles, 1 lyric video sample, and 1 visualizer sample.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with music marketing assets (Spotify Canvas, looping visuals, release rollouts).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Midjourney, etc.).
• Highly creative, organized, reliable, and deadline-driven.
