BiteBot helps dental practices replace overpriced agencies with automation — ads, AI follow-up, and CRM all in one platform. We have grown from 0 to ~400 clients in the last 5 months.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be responsible for creating and iterating ad creatives that run across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.


This is a production + performance role.


- Design static images, carousels, and short-form videos for paid ads.  

- Edit UGC-style videos, testimonials, demos, and before/after transformations.  

- Create multiple variations of the same concept (hooks, headlines, pacing).  

- Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short clips.  

- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align creatives with offers and messaging.  

- Work from briefs — but also pitch your own creative ideas and angles.  

- Optimize creatives based on performance feedback (CTR, hold rate, CPA).


Your work will go live weekly.

What You’ll Need:

MUST HAVE:

- Proven experience creating paid ad creatives for Meta / Instagram / TikTok.  

- Strong video editing skills (short-form, captions, pacing, hooks).  

- Strong design skills (clean layouts, bold typography, mobile-first).  

- Ability to produce high volume without sacrificing quality.  

- Understanding of direct-response marketing (not just aesthetics).  


BONUS (Not Required):

- Experience in SaaS, info products, or agency ads.  

- Familiarity with dental / healthcare marketing.  

- Motion graphics or animation skills.


You should be:

- Fast, organized, and deadline-driven  

- Comfortable receiving direct feedback  

- Obsessed with improving performance  

- Self-sufficient and proactive
