You’ll ensure smooth real estate transactions from offer to closing, coordinating with agents, title companies, and stakeholders. You’ll manage the backend process so agents can focus on clients, playing a key role in handling increased transaction volume and supporting team growth.


Client Overview:

Join a fast-growing real estate team under a major brokerage with around 30 agents. With rising transaction volume, they need skilled support to help scale operations and ensure successful property closings using modern real estate tools.


Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with 1 hr unpaid break EST

Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate transactions end-to-end from contract acceptance through successful closing
  • Create and present offers on behalf of real estate agents to ensure professional representation
  • Coordinate all required documentation, signatures, and compliance requirements throughout the transaction process
  • Maintain and update transaction information across various real estate management tools and systems
  • Monitor critical deadlines and milestone dates to ensure timely completion of all transactions
  • Serve as primary liaison between agents, title companies, lenders, and other transaction stakeholders
  • Resolve issues and make decisions quickly when challenges arise during the transaction process
  • Follow established processes and procedures while adapting to unique transaction requirements
  • Support a team of approximately 30 agents during peak transaction periods


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and compliance
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to make decisions and coordinate solutions under pressure
  • Proficient English communication skills with emphasis on written communication (approximately 70% writing, 30% verbal)
  • Experience working with various software platforms and real estate management tools
  • Bonus if you have US real estate transaction experience
  • It helps if you’ve coordinated with multiple parties across different time zones
