Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused professional to support customer onboarding and training for a growing SaaS-based client. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on camera, engaging in communication, and skilled at guiding users through systems using clear, user-friendly explanations and educational content.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: USD 11

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Part-time

Schedule: Flexible during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Track onboarding progress for new customers and manage follow-ups
  • Conduct live training and onboarding sessions on how to use the system
  • Create and maintain Knowledge Hub / knowledge base content
  • Develop tutorial videos, step-by-step guides, and written training materials
  • Ensure onboarding timelines are well-organized and completed on schedule
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding and training processes


Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Clear, confident, and engaging presentation style
  • Comfortable leading live training sessions and customer onboarding calls
  • Professional on-screen presence; confident appearing in recorded and live video trainings
  • Experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or user training (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly manner
  • Experience tracking onboarding progress and managing follow-ups
  • Ability to create and maintain educational content, including:
  • Tutorial videos
  • Step-by-step articles and guides
  • Knowledge base / Knowledge Hub documentation
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, onboarding platforms, or LMS tools is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
