About the Company

Our client specializes in residential property management services. They provide comprehensive solutions, including tenant screening, leasing, and vacancy management.


They are looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to join their expanding remote team. As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will manage and optimize internal systems and processes while serving as the go-to technical support person for both in-house and remote team members. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with onboarding and training, and a proactive mindset focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical support contact for in-house and remote teams
  • Troubleshoot system, software, and workflow-related issues
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes across systems
  • Create and deliver technical training sessions for team members
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate with software vendors or external IT support when needed


Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or IT coordination
  • Experience in onboarding and training team members on systems and tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Process improvement mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable supporting fully remote teams


Preferred / Nice to have skills:

  • Formal degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience supporting property management or real estate teams
  • Familiarity with property management software systems
  • Experience documenting SOPs and building internal knowledge bases
  • Basic understanding of system integrations and automations
  • Experience working with distributed/global teams
  • Project coordination experience


Additional Information:

  • Engagement: Full-time
  • Time zone of the shift: U.S. business hours (EST preferred)
  • Preferred locations to hire: Southern Mexico, Nicaragua, Belize, and the Philippines
  • Rate range: $6 to $6.75 USD per hour
