Technical Recruiter

For our client, a leading company in Europe, we are looking for Technical Recruiter

Salary Range: 900 USD - 1200 USD per month + Bonus - Depending on experience

Location: Remote

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to meet business objectives.
• Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and networking platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and technical assessments to evaluate qualifications.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Your qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of roles, programming languages, and industry trends.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment software.
