Responsibilities

• Create original, engaging content aligned with existing brand guidelines
• Manage and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Assist with basic community engagement (comments, messages, interactions) as needed
• Develop content ideas and recommendations (no existing content ideas provided)
• Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms
• Support business growth and lead generation through social media efforts
• Monitor performance and provide basic insights or recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
• Strong content creation skills (written, visual, or both)
• Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn best practices
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable working with limited direction in the early stages
• Familiarity with lead generation or growth-focused social strategies is a plus

Side note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
