Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Site Manager are:
- Develop and execute site-level strategic plans.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor performance metrics and manage site budgets and financial performance.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards.
- Act as liaison between site and corporate leadership.
- Build relationships with local stakeholders and partners.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress and outcomes.
A Successful Site Manager Should Have
- 10+ years of relevant and proven experience in managing sites
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Self-starter, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and ability to collaborate with internal departments, corporate leadership, and external partners.
- Able to adapt to evolving business needs and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- 13th month pay for added financial support.
