Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Execution

  • Own and optimize the complete sales funnel, from prospect list creation to email sequencing and CRM hygiene/automation.
  • Ensure sales reps have the right collateral, tools, and talk tracks through strong partnerships with Product Marketing and Product Training.
  • Deliver daily and weekly performance updates to the Head of Sales.
  • Identify and remove deal-flow roadblocks to accelerate revenue.
  • Act as the bridge between Sales and Success Operations to ensure clean handoffs and accurate data.

Data Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimization

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and board-level sales performance dashboards and insights.
  • Track quotas, rep pacing, and behavioral performance.
  • Analyze trends to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
  • Build and execute coaching programs, skill refreshers, and micro-trainings to improve rep performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support outdoor-recreation customers and understand industry seasonality.

New Hire Onboarding & Leadership

  • Build and maintain structured onboarding programs to shorten ramp time.
  • Lead trainings, coaching sessions, and playbook creation.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven team culture.

BPO Collaboration & Global Team Management

  • Work closely with PH and US-based teams to improve performance visibility and collaboration.
  • Apply BPO best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
  • Prepare monthly presentations on PH team performance, insights, and next steps.


Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or similar roles.
  • Experience in outdoor, e-commerce, SaaS, or BPO-supported environments is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience converting data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong coaching, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Confidence presenting reports and performance summaries to leadership and board-level stakeholders.
