What Youll Be Doing

Build Powerful Reporting Systems

• Design and develop operational and strategic reports that provide clear insights to leadership.
• Create dashboards and visualisations that make complex data easy to understand.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting that drives performance visibility.

Automate Reporting & Improve Efficiency

• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
• Build automated workflows for data extraction, report generation, and distribution.
• Reduce manual reporting effort while improving accuracy and reporting speed.

Analyse Workforce & Productivity Data

• Analyse productivity and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimisation opportunities.
• Support workforce planning through accurate capacity and performance reporting.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to operational leaders.

Manage Reporting & Monitoring Systems

• Maintain and monitor productivity and reporting tools such as:
• ActivTrak
• Sprout
• BambooHR
• TimeDoctor
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.

Work Cross-Functionally Across the Business

You will collaborate with teams such as:

• Doer Success
• Allocation
• Training
• Client Experience
• Product and Operations

to ensure reporting insights support better operational decisions across the organisation.

What Were Looking For

Core Skills

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving ability
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience building dashboards or reports
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
• Experience working with productivity monitoring tools (ActivTrak, TimeDoctor, etc.)
• Experience with reporting automation or scripting

Experience

• 1–3 years experience in reporting, analytics, or workforce reporting
• Experience working with tools such as:
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Power BI / Tableau
• Looker Studio
• Business Intelligence dashboards
