Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to help source, screen, and hire top talent for various roles within our agency and client accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS tools
Ability to handle multiple openings and deadlines
