Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Real Estate Marketing Specialist to support a marketing company specializing in luxury real estate agents. This senior role focuses on branding, lead generation, social media, and email marketing. The ideal candidate must have advanced Canva skills, a strong design aesthetic, and a portfolio demonstrating real estate marketing experience.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12 PM PST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding and lead-generation strategies across all major social media platforms
• Design high-quality marketing content in Canva maintaining luxury-level aesthetics
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns
• Maintain and optimize social media presence for clients, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement
• Maintain a professional portfolio of work for review and client presentations

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate marketing, preferably luxury real estate
• Expertise in social media marketing and lead generation Paid and Organic (Portfolio required)
• Advanced Canva skills with strong design and visual storytelling abilities
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Flowdesk, MailChimp, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and lead generation campaigns
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
