Job Description
- Develop and implement process control systems to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize workflows.
- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular testing and calibration of equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to process improvements.
A Successful Process Control Engineer Should Have
- Experience in high-voltage systems and power distribution, including electrical safety
- protocols
- Troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial electrical
- equipment (e.g., transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, motors)
- Familiarity with motor controls, PLC-based automation, and industrial control systems
- Experience with instrumentation, sensor calibration, and process monitoring
- Experience in machine design, fabrication, and integration for production-ready
- equipment
- Experience in HVAC control systems, including building/facility automation
- Knowledge of process scale-up and optimization to improve efficiency, yield, and
- consistency in mass production
- Competitive salary ranging from PHP 520,000 to PHP 910,000 per year.
