Job Title: Invoice & Turnover Package Review Analyst

About the Company:

Our client is seeking an Invoice & Turnover Package Review Analyst to support solar project operations by reviewing, validating, and approving project turnover packages. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards and is ready for invoicing and payment processing.

The position sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and partner coordination, contributing to process efficiency, risk reduction, and overall project scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic partners, managing pipelines and escalations
  • Respond to inquiries and ensure timely resolution within service levels
  • Review and validate solar project turnover packages for accuracy and completeness - customer agreement, proposal, stamped design plan, permit, installation photos
  • Approve, reject, or return submissions based on established criteria
  • Track submission status and follow up on outstanding items
  • Prepare, submit, and track incentive applications and required documentation
  • Maintain accurate records for approvals, payments, and compliance audits
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and consistency across projects and stakeholders
  • Generate reports on project status, throughput, and operational metrics
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Follow standard procedures, escalate issues, and support operational initiatives

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 2–8+ years of experience in:
  • Invoice processing or accounts payable
  • Document compliance, audit, or billing operations
  • Solar or energy project operations
  • Experience in the residential solar industry
  • Proficiency and experience in CRM systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in invoice compliance and package validation
  • Familiarity with solar or construction documentation (permits, PTO, incentives)
  • Experience working with US-based stakeholders in remote or global teams

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to manage high-volume workflows under deadlines
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player

  • 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM PST
