Marketing is a real growth lever in the business, not a side function. Paid acquisition directly affects revenue, headcount, and how fast we scale. This role owns that lane.
The Role
We’re hiring a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition end-to-end.
This is not a role for someone who just launches ads and reports numbers. You’ll be responsible for how traffic turns into leads, how leads turn into booked calls, and how costs improve over time as we scale.
You’ll manage paid traffic across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and similar platforms. You’ll also work closely with leadership to test ideas, adjust quickly, and double down on what works.
