Marketing is a real growth lever in the business, not a side function. Paid acquisition directly affects revenue, headcount, and how fast we scale. This role owns that lane.


The Role

We’re hiring a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition end-to-end.

This is not a role for someone who just launches ads and reports numbers. You’ll be responsible for how traffic turns into leads, how leads turn into booked calls, and how costs improve over time as we scale.


You’ll manage paid traffic across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and similar platforms. You’ll also work closely with leadership to test ideas, adjust quickly, and double down on what works.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels
  • Build and improve full acquisition funnels, from ad click to booked call
  • Monitor CPL, CAC, and conversion rates, and make changes based on real data
  • Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnel steps
  • Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently
  • Work with designers and writers to make sure creative supports conversion
  • Share clear updates on what’s working, what’s not, and what to try next


You’ll Be a Strong Fit If You…

  • Have at least 2 years of hands-on media buying experience
  • Have worked on full funnels, not just ads in isolation
  • Think in terms of cost, conversion, and lead quality
  • Move quickly, test often, and aren’t afraid to adjust
  • Communicate clearly and don’t overcomplicate things
  • Are comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-moving, remote environment
  • Care about details and clean execution


This Role Is Not for You If…

  • Your background is mostly branding or organic social, not paid acquisition
  • You want to “manage ads” but not own the funnel
  • You prefer slow, corporate environments with lots of approvals
  • You don’t enjoy working with numbers and performance data


Requirements

  • 2+ years of paid media experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Experience building and improving acquisition funnels
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with ad platform dashboards
  • Experience with landing pages, CRO, and split testing
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams while staying focused on performance
  • Comfort owning budgets, scaling campaigns, and reporting results
