Marketing and Communications Specialist

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Communications Specialist to help grow their brand and support business development efforts. This role combines marketing, content creation, sales enablement, and communications to build visibility, strengthen client relationships, and support new business opportunities.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Create and refine sales presentations, pitch decks, and client-facing materials.
• Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
• Update website content, case studies, service pages, and marketing materials.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, compelling content for business audiences.
• Research prospects, competitors, and industry trends to improve messaging and positioning.
• Track outreach, follow-ups, and business development activities.
• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing and sales materials.
• Collaborate with leadership on proposals, presentations, and strategic messaging.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation design skills with advanced PowerPoint or Google Slides experience.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience managing website content and digital marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, communications, business development, or a related field.
• Experience working in consulting or professional services is preferred.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Interest in data, AI, or technology.
• Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, or basic SEO practices.
