Marketing Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to manage client communication workflows and social media presence. Your goal is to transform an underutilised database into a consistent source of revenue through automated WIX campaigns, professional social media management, and timely lead engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated email marketing campaigns and SMS sequences within WIX
• Design and maintain client pipelines within WIX CRM to capture and nurture leads
• Create and schedule consistent social media content to increase brand visibility
• Monitor and respond to direct messages and enquiries across social media platforms
• Develop newsletters and promotional communications that drive client retention
• Optimise automated workflows and marketing campaigns based on engagement metrics
• Support the business owner by managing all client-facing digital communications
• Align all marketing content and messaging with core business goals

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with WIX, including CRM, email marketing, and automation
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (segmentation, sequencing)
• Experience creating visual and written content for social media (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice
• Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling marketing copy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bonus if you have experience managing databases of 500+ contacts
• It helps if you are familiar with UK-based service business trends
