Job Description

Schedule:

  • Flexible during client working hours from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM [Western Australia Time] (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize the website for SEO to improve Google rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Manage social media presence with consistent, regular posting across platforms
  • Create and publish blog content for the company website regularly
  • Keep website content fresh and updated to maintain search engine visibility
  • Potentially manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns and lead generation
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance and ranking improvements


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO optimization and website management
  • Strong content creation skills for blogs and social media
  • Experience with social media management tools (familiarity with Planable preferred)
  • Knowledge of design tools like Canva for content creation
  • Understanding of LinkedIn marketing for B2B manufacturing/industrial clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing tasks
  • Experience with Google-friendly content practices and organic traffic growth


Scope:

  • Part-time role starting at 20 hours per week with potential to expand to full-time
  • Focus primarily on LinkedIn as the main social media platform for B2B clients
  • Work with the existing marketing company structure while taking over specific digital tasks
  • Opportunity to gradually take on additional marketing responsibilities, including paid advertising
  • Remote work arrangement with flexibility in scheduling
