Responsibilities

  • Schedule and implement social media posts across multiple client platforms using established workflows
  • Execute on-page SEO tasks following detailed step-by-step instructions and video guides - no previous experience needed
  • Repurpose and adjust existing content for different social media channels and client needs
  • Use designated marketing tools and platforms as directed by comprehensive process documentation
  • Support general marketing operations and administrative tasks to free up strategic time
  • Follow established content implementation workflows without needing to create original copy
  • Maintain consistent execution standards across multiple client accounts
  • Collaborate directly with business owner for ongoing training and process refinement


Requirements

  • Strong social media management experience with demonstrated graphic design capabilities (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and process documentation accurately
  • Trainable mindset with enthusiasm for learning new tools and marketing processes
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in task execution
  • Bonus if you have basic familiarity with SEO concepts and implementation
  • It helps if you have experience working with multiple clients or accounts simultaneously



Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
