Job Overview

You’ll drive digital marketing strategy across two thriving businesses, managing everything from large-scale email campaigns to social media presence. This role offers unique variety, letting you develop expertise across different industries while making a significant impact on established brands. You’ll work with substantial existing assets including a 20K subscriber base and membership programs.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $6.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: Part time - 20h per week - Flexible but must be able to communicate daily within 9AM - 5PM - PST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Manage email marketing campaigns for 20,000+ subscriber list using MailChimp
  • Create and send bi-weekly/weekly newsletters and promotional content
  • Interface with membership software for car wash loyalty programs
  • Execute website edits and updates across both business websites
  • Design graphics for promotions, print materials, and on-site displays
  • Develop and implement monthly themed marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media presence with 2-3 posts per week across platforms
  • Handle SEO optimization for window tinting business
  • Coordinate marketing efforts between both business entities


Requirements

  • Proficiency with MailChimp email marketing platform
  • Strong graphic design skills for promotional materials
  • Experience with website content management systems
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices Social media management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
