Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching digital marketing materials including posters and flyers using Canva with established brand templates
• Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook and Instagram platforms
• Handle customer inquiries received through social media channels using provided response templates
• Support ongoing advertising campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging
• Maintain regular communication during designated work hours for collaboration and updates
• Optimize Google search presence and potentially manage Google Ads campaigns
• For full-time growth: Take on administrative tasks and support broader business operations
• Respond quickly to marketing needs and campaign adjustments as business demands change

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva for creating professional marketing materials and graphics
• Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts with proven engagement results
• Strong written communication skills for social media interaction and customer response
• Ability to work reliably during Australian Perth business hours with consistent availability
• Experience with digital marketing best practices and social media strategy
• Bonus if you have Google Ads experience or SEO knowledge
• It helps if you’re comfortable taking on diverse administrative tasks for full-time growth
