Logistics Assistant

Ripple Junction is looking to add a full-time Logistics Assistant to our team. The right person will support our Logistics department through strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to accuracy. You do not need extensive logistics experience — we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to learn quickly and retain information.


This role supports our sales and production teams while gaining hands-on experience in the logistics operations of an incredibly cool pop culture apparel company. The Logistics Assistant will play a key role in ensuring shipments move smoothly and documentation is accurate. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy following processes, supporting a team, and looking for ways to improve workflows over time.

Effective communication with sales, production, the distribution center, and third-party shippers will be critical to your success and growth.


A Day in the Life

  • Assist in coordinating the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses, distribution centers, and customers.
  • Support the maintenance of customer routing guidelines to ensure shipments follow correct procedures.
  • Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in ERP systems and tracking tools.
  • Help monitor shipment schedules to confirm pickups are routed, scheduled, and properly documented.
  • Create packing lists and carton labels using designated software.
  • Navigate customer routing portals and carrier systems (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to support shipment processing.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to help resolve shipment questions or discrepancies.
  • Assist in identifying and escalating shipment errors or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Logistics team as needed.

Must Haves

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook 365.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the logistics field.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to logistics, shipping, or wholesale distribution.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics software.
  • Basic understanding of shipping methods, freight terms, or warehouse operations.


Your Know-How

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions when needed.
  • Basic understanding (or willingness to learn) how to calculate cube, volume, and weight.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Process-oriented mindset with an interest in improving efficiency and accuracy.
