We’re seeking a Learning & Development Manager to strengthen our training ecosystem by overseeing live bootcamps, workshops, and learning interventions that complement our LMS-based programs. This role bridges structured e-learning with interactive, instructor-led development — ensuring that all Wing assistants and internal team members receive engaging, practical, and scalable learning experiences that drive measurable performance improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Enablement
Strong background in facilitating or managing live training programs, workshops, or virtual bootcamps
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Experience designing interactive learning experiences and ensuring measurable outcomes
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), curriculum design, and training analytics
Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Training Facilitation
Experience with digital learning platforms and training operations automation tools
Understanding of adult learning principles and competency-based training models

Compensation: PHP 60,000–70,000/month (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the delivery of live bootcamps, training sessions, and upskilling programs across multiple service lines (EAs, GVAs, SDRs, etc.)
Work closely with the L&D Director and LMS Team to align live training content with self-paced learning modules and certification paths
Design, schedule, and monitor interactive learning experiences — ensuring consistency in delivery, participation, and outcomes
Supervise trainers or facilitators conducting live sessions; ensure training quality and adherence to curriculum
Collect, analyze, and report on training feedback and post-training performance data to measure learning impact
Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Training stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps
Maintain a library of training materials, recordings, and resources for continuous learning
Support the rollout of new learning initiatives, tools, and LMS features that improve the overall learner experience
