Influencer Campaign Manager

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a confident and client-focused Influencer Campaign Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role requires strong communication, leadership in meetings, and the ability to manage client expectations while coordinating internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Work closely with and build existing client relationships; act as the ultimate lead for ensuring delighted clients and high satisfaction.
• Campaign Planning: Build execution plans including project scope, timelines, and content strategy.
• Influencer Recruitment: Conduct recruitment by targeting specific influencer verticals and content aesthetics based on brand and campaign goals.
• Content Coaching: Coach influencers to develop on-brand, on-message content; manage approval and publishing processes with all stakeholders.
• Execution & Delivery: Maintain 100% on-time launches; manage post-production development and editing requests.
• Crisis Management: Manage and, when appropriate, escalate challenging situations; manage clear communication across internal teams.
• Reporting: Maintain client documentation; evaluate campaign performance and prepare post-campaign summaries with the Account Supervisor.
• Leadership: Develop best practices and serve as a subject matter expert in influencer marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in execution, planning, and optimization of influencer campaigns, preferably at an agency.
• Experience managing campaigns across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest).
• Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital content and Web content management systems (Preferred).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support and enhance work outputs (Preferred).

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
