You’ll also support the personal brand of an established author and speaker who recently published a book and is building their online presence for speaking engagements.

You’ll own the complete social media and digital marketing strategy across two complementary businesses in the education and personal development space. This role offers the exciting opportunity to build campaigns from the ground up, create engaging content across multiple platforms, and directly impact business growth. You’ll work closely with leadership to execute comprehensive marketing strategies while having the creative freedom to innovate and optimize performance.


Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: USD 6.36, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 40
  • Schedule: Pacific Time (California)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms
  • Create and optimize sales funnels and automated email marketing campaigns
  • Design visual content including thumbnails, PDFs, and marketing materials using Canva
  • Perform video editing for social media and promotional content
  • Set up and coordinate online webinars and event logistics
  • Handle WordPress website management and content updates
  • Execute targeted email outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across all marketing channels
  • Utilize AI tools for content creation and marketing optimization
  • Organize and maintain marketing asset libraries and content calendars


Requirements:

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and digital marketing.
  • You’re proficient with email marketing platforms (GetResponse experience preferred) and have strong knowledge of sales funnel creation.
  • You’re skilled with Canva for graphic design, familiar with Hootsuite or similar social media management platforms, and have basic video editing capabilities.
  • WordPress experience and AI tool proficiency are essential.
  • Bonus if you have webinar platform experience and advanced analytics skills. It helps if you’re comfortable working across both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
