We’re looking for an advanced-level Digital Designer with a strong foundation in performance marketing to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, thinks independently, and knows how to turn ideas—clear or not—into high-performing creative.

You should have a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of digital design systems, and proven experience creating assets that drive engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-performing digital assets across email, paid social, and web
• Own email design from concept to execution (portfolio required)
• Create product-focused visuals, including image carousels and ad creatives
• Develop still assets for Meta ads and other paid channels
• Support ad creative production and rapid iteration
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life
• Translate loose or high-level ideas into polished, on-brand deliverables
• Maintain consistency across typography, spacing, alignment, and visual systems
• Proactively move projects forward by asking the right questions and filling in gaps

Requirements

• Advanced digital design skills with a performance marketing mindset
• Highly detail-oriented, especially with typography, layout, and spacing
• Strong organization across files, assets, and workflows
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Able to work independently without step-by-step direction
• Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly without ego
• Strong awareness of social media trends and digital best practices
• Proactive communicator who keeps projects moving
• Proven email design experience (portfolio required)
• Experience creating still ads for paid social (Meta preferred)
• Familiarity with product image carousels and conversion-focused layouts
• Intermediate-level photo/asset editing skills
• Comfortable navigating and sourcing assets in tools like Notion and Google Drive
• Light copywriting skills (headlines, short-form ad copy) (nice to have)
• Experience designing for small or growing brands (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Amazon creative (Storefront, A+ Premium Content, Brand Story) (nice to have)
