๐’๐œ๐ก๐ž๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ž: Full-Time | 10:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH)

๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: $500โ€“$700/month (based on experience)

We are looking for a ๐‚๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐‘๐ž๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž who understands pickleball and can confidently engage with US customers in excellent English. As the first point of contact for our players, you will assist with inquiries related to camps, schedules, registrations, and community access while delivering a warm, professional, and solutions-oriented experience.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and messaging platforms
  • Clearly explain pickleball concepts such as skill levels, camps, drills, and schedules
  • Assist with registrations, waivers, refunds, and basic troubleshooting
  • Communicate confidently with a US-based audience (many aged 50+)
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Deliver a consistently friendly, calm, and helpful customer experience

  • Near-native written and spoken English
  • Prior customer support experience with US customers
  • Availability to work 10:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM EST
  • Strong communication skills with a warm, professional tone
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • BPO or call center background
  • Experience using CRMs (Zendesk, Freshdesk, GoHighLevel, or similar)
  • Experience supporting sports, fitness, or community-driven brands
  • Familiarity with registrations, events, or online communities
  • Direct involvement with pickleball (player, coach assistant, league member, or active fan)
