Role Overview

Precondo is a forward-thinking real estate company specializing in pre-construction condos across Canada. We are passionate about delivering valuable insights, resources, and opportunities to buyers, investors, and real estate professionals.

As a Copywriter, you will craft compelling, persuasive, and brand-aligned content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement. From landing pages and email campaigns to ad copy and social media posts, you will play a key role in shaping Precondo’s voice and communicating value clearly across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for websites, ads, social media, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms while maintaining brand voice.
• Research to ensure accuracy and relevancy in content.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure consistency, clarity, and high standards.
• Stay current with real estate industry trends, marketing best practices, and digital content styles.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in copywriting or digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to create engaging, audience-focused content that converts.
• Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
