Content Writer

About The Role

• We are hiring a Content Writer to create short form content that feels natural, engaging, and native to the Reddit platform and audience.
• This is not an SEO content role. If your main experience is writing long form blog articles or search focused website copy, this is not the right fit.
• Strong instinct for tone, attention, and engagement. A great story teller, relevant, and sharp.
• This is a full time role and requires full time commitment. We are looking for someone dependable, self motivated, hard working, and able to operate independently at a high standard. We want someone with a get the job done mindset, who does not give up easily and takes real ownership of their work.
  
  

What You Will Do

• Write short form content across a range of formats, audiences, and brand voices
• Adapt writing style based on subreddit, context, audience, and objective
• Create content designed to drive replies, discussion, shares, saves, and engagement
• Write content that feels natural rather than forced or generic
• Research audience behavior, content patterns, and what is resonating in different spaces
• Produce multiple variations of content to test angles, hooks, and tone
• Edit and improve content based on performance, feedback, and platform response
• Manage multiple client workstreams and deadlines at once
• Work closely with internal team members to keep strategy and execution aligned
• Spot content opportunities early and turn them into useful, high quality output
• Track what is working, what is not, and apply those learnings to future content

Required Experience

• Experience in content writing, community & Reddit.
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience creating short form content for brands, communities, or online audiences
• Ability to understand audience behavior and write for engagement
• Experience working across different content styles, tones, and formats

• If your main experience is in SEO writing, blog writing, or long form website content, this is not the right role.
• We are looking for someone who understands how to write short form content for different audiences, in different styles, with strong Reddit instinct and the ability to create content that people actually enjoy to read.
