Job Description

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and assess compliance risks across various departments.
Provide advice and guidance on compliance-related matters to internal stakeholders.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
Collaborate with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
Deliver compliance training programs for employees to foster awareness and understanding.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the Financial Services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Compliance Officer Should Have

A degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Regulatory Compliance and Data Privacy expertise
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Financial Services industry.
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting laws and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and regulatory bodies effectively.
Attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
