As a Case Manager, our client is looking for someone to facilitate life-changing connections between clients and mental health services through state-of-the-art video conferencing platforms. Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST, with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate virtual client care sessions through video conferencing platforms
  • Facilitate seamless client experiences by managing digital meeting spaces and virtual waiting rooms
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments while maintaining optimal service delivery flow
  • Provide compassionate client support through various digital communication channels
  • Execute efficient virtual room management and participant coordination during sessions
  • Ensure smooth technical operations of virtual service delivery platforms
  • Maintain detailed digital records while adhering to HIPAA compliance standards
  • Coordinate with healthcare team members to optimize client care delivery
  • Implement and maintain virtual client engagement protocols
  • Monitor and manage client scheduling systems to maximize service efficiency


Requirements

  • Previous experience in healthcare industry or medical background required
  • Demonstrated expertise in virtual communication platforms, especially Zoom
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy regulations
  • Excellent virtual communication skills and professional online presence
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and schedules in a virtual environment
  • Experience with digital healthcare delivery systems preferred
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional boundaries in a virtual setting


Side Note

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
