Job Description

As a hotel receptionist, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re checking in a guest or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Shifts will be three days a week with typical shift patterns being;

07:00 - 15:00

15:00 - 21:00

Qualifications

As a Hotel Staff, you will...

  • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
  • Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
  • Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
