A day in the life of Intern - Account Management

Operational Support

• Helping the account management team keep track of all moving pieces and helping with communication and follow-ups across the Spotify team.
• In charge of all material and resources – keeping everything systematic and organised, and updating it regularly on Notion/Google Drive.
• Assisting with aligning meetings, blocking calendars, and looking into follow-ups with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assisting with shoot-related coordination from pre- to post-production and on shoots.
  
  

Data & Reporting Support

• Helping out with backend support on reporting (updating information and examples in reports and sheets).
• Helping with research and referencing related to all projects.
  
  

Creative & Presentation Support

• Designing and formatting pitch decks, reports, and playbooks using brand templates and project themes.
• Active participation in brainstorms and staying on top of relevant industry trends would be an added bonus.
  
  

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• A natural organiser with a sharp eye for detail.
• A team player who can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
• Someone who loves structure but also thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Comfortable using tools on Google Suite.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and always ready to step up and make things happen!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media or any other related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
