The Software QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through comprehensive testing strategies. This role involves creating and executing test cases, analyzing results, and collaborating with development and business teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics platforms and SQL, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for software applications.
Review business requirements and technical specifications to ensure test coverage.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple environments.
Validate data accuracy and integrity within reporting and analytics tools.
Document and track defects using issue management tools; collaborate with developers for resolution.
Provide clear and concise test results and status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with QA best practices and contribute to process improvements.
Lead User Acceptance Testing for newly developed software applications or updates.
Required Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and query-based testing.
Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., JIRA, DevOps).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel
2-4 years of prior software application or related experience is preferred
Knowledge of commercial or multifamily real estate industry and accounting is helpful
