Senior Manager - Finance And Accounts

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure the organizations financial stability.
• Manage the financial planning and budgeting processes, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, debt, and investment activities to optimize financial resources.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification preferred.
