Hiring: Senior Planning Engineer | Gujarat (Onsite) Industry: Building Projects / Hospital Buildings (G+10 & Above) / Medical College / Institutional Projects

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team and contribute to high‑rise and complex institutional building projects in Gujarat.

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech (Civil) with 12+ years of experience
• OR Diploma (Civil) with 15+ years of experience
  
  

• Building Projects
• Hospital Buildings (Minimum G+10 & above)
• Medical College / Institutional Projects
  
  

• Strong knowledge of Planning & Project Monitoring
• Ability to independently manage planning functions
• Excellent communication & coordination abilities
  
  

• MS Project
• AutoCAD
• MS Office
  
  

• Prepare, update & monitor schedules for Building / Hospital (G+10 & above) / Medical College projects.
• Monitor multi‑disciplinary tasks to ensure timelines, quality & safety compliance.
• Review GFC drawings and integrate into planning workflows.
• Prepare S‑Curves for EPC projects and update on daily/weekly basis.
• Develop micro‑schedules & milestone plans for contractors.
  
  

• Maintain trackers for pre‑construction, construction & post‑construction activities.
• Prepare DPR, weekly & monthly MIS as per approved formats.
• Provide periodic Cash Flow updates.
• Create variance reports to analyze schedule deviations.
• Prepare Project Closing Reports & Lessons Learned.
  
  

• Conduct Project Risk Analysis; highlight and mitigate potential risks.
• Perform Delay Analysis (DA) and recommend catch‑up plans.
• Review contract terms related to planning, cost control, billing & compliance.
  
  

• Coordinate with engineering teams & contractors to monitor progress.
• Track critical activities and implement crashing strategies when needed.
• Support clients with look‑ahead programs and strategy presentations.
  
  

• Assist with IGBC/Green Building reporting when required.
• Ensure optimal utilization of planning tools & standard processes.
• Analyze schedule trends regularly to maintain project performance.
