HR Executive

About The Role

We are hiring an HR Executive to support and manage various human resources functions at GMP MediTech, located in Visnagar, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Implement and ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate induction programs and employee orientation.
• Address employee queries and handle day-to-day HR operations.
• Prepare and assist in monthly payroll processing with accurate attendance and leave data.
• Maintain and update HR documents such as employee files, contracts, appraisal forms, and HR SOPs.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, professional tax, and other labor laws.
• Support performance appraisal processes and coordinate employee evaluations.
• Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
• Assist in disciplinary processes and ensure timely documentation and communication.
• Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and service providers when required.
• Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or healthcare environment.
• Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in the medical devices or orthopedic industry will be an advantage.
