Technical Delivery Manager

<div><span><div><strong><u>Job Overview</u></strong><br>We seek an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise<br>applications using Angular, .NET/.NET Core, SQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch. You’ll manage<br>both monolithic and microservices architectures, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within<br>scope, and to the highest quality. This role requires strong technical acumen, leadership in Agile<br>environments, and expertise in cross-functional team coordination.</div><div><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></div><div><br>1. Project Delivery Leadership<br>• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software projects using Angular<br>(frontend) and .NET/.NET Core (backend).<br>• Manage hybrid architectures (monolithic and microservices), ensuring scalability<br>and performance.<br>• Oversee database integration (SQL for relational, MongoDB for NoSQL) and<br>search solutions (Elasticsearch).<br>2. Team Management<br>• Mentor developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and architects. Foster collaboration<br>across distributed teams.<br>• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in Angular, .NET<br>Core, and database design.<br>3. Stakeholder &amp; Client Management<br>• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating requirements into<br>actionable tasks.<br>• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.<br>4. Process Optimization<br>• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.<br>• Drive continuous improvement in code quality, testing, and deployment<br>processes.<br>5. Risk &amp; Issue Management<br>• Proactively identify risks (e.g., database bottlenecks, microservices latency) and<br>mitigate them.<br>• Resolve technical challenges related to Elasticsearch optimization or legacy<br>monolithic refactoring.<br>6. Technical Oversight<br>• Ensure architectural alignment with microservices principles (loose coupling, API<br>design).<br>• Guide performance tuning for SQL/MongoDB queries and Elasticsearch indexing.<br>7. Budget &amp; Resource Management<br>• Track project budgets, cloud infrastructure costs (AWS/Azure), and resource<br>allocation.<br><br><strong><u>Skills</u></strong><br><br>12+ years in software development/delivery, with 3+ years as a Delivery/Technical<br>Project Manager.<br>• Hands-on experience with Angular, .NET Core, microservices, SQL, MongoDB, and<br>Elasticsearch.<br>• Proven track record in delivering monolithic and microservices-based applications.<br>• Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Jira, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).<br>• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization<br>(Docker/Kubernetes).<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field</div></span></div>
