The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and ensuring the quality of web applications through automation and continuous testing practices.</div><hr><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain <strong>automation test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver</strong>.</li><li>Write efficient and reusable <strong>automated test scripts for web applications</strong>.</li><li>Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze results.</li><li>Integrate automation tests into <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>.</li><li>Collaborate with <strong>developers, product managers, and QA teams</strong> to understand requirements and test scenarios.</li><li>Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.</li><li>Improve automation coverage and reduce manual regression efforts.</li><li>Participate in <strong>code reviews, sprint planning, and QA strategy discussions</strong>.</li><li>Maintain automation reports and provide test metrics.</li></ul><hr><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li><strong>3–6 years of experience in Software Testing / Test Automation</strong>.</li><li>Strong experience with <strong>Selenium WebDriver</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency in at least one programming language: <strong>Java / Python / C#</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>TestNG / JUnit / PyTest</strong> frameworks.</li><li>Good understanding of <strong>OOP concepts and design patterns</strong> (Page Object Model preferred).</li><li>Experience with <strong>API testing (REST, Postman, RestAssured, etc.)</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>version control systems (Git)</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies</strong>.</li></ul><hr><h3>Good to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience with <strong>BDD frameworks (Cucumber / SpecFlow)</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)</strong>.</li><li>Experience testing <strong>microservices architecture</strong>.</li><li>Basic knowledge of <strong>Docker / Kubernetes</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)</strong>.</li></ul></span></div>
