Purpose of the job

Responsible for the completion of all Maintenance activities as assigned.

Planning & Execution of Instruments Preventive maintenance and Calibration activities.
Trouble shooting, Planning and Implementing activity to avoid unusual repetitive maintenance.
Knowledge of the operation and uses of testing equipment’s.
Knowledge in Flue gas & Wet Analyzers.
Maintaining the Instrumentation work shop.

Duties & Responsibilities (Description of the tasks)

Servicing, Maintenance & Calibrations of Various field Instruments like Transmitters, Pressure & Temperature Gauges, Control & On/Off Valves I to P Converters, Position transmitters, and Motorized valves.
Knowledge in Maintenance & Calibrations of weigh feeders, Belt weighers &Weigh bridges.
Knowledge in P&ID, Instrument specifications.
Knowledge in Programmable Logic Controllers.
Good communication skills.

Job requirements (Educational qualification, work experience, required technical &functional skills)

Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering
Diploma in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
Three to Five Years of Industrial Experience
Maintenance & Calibration of Various field instruments.
