Job Description – Stores Manager

Job Summary

Continental Coffee is looking for an experienced Stores Manager to lead the stores and warehouse operations, manage inventory, ensure stock accuracy, and coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Commercial, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire stores and warehouse operations, including domestic, import, and export consignments.
  

• Lead on-roll and off-roll stores personnel.
  

• Ensure safe storage, material issuance with proper approvals, and accurate stock movements.
  

• Manage warehouses for green coffee (GC), husk, coal, and other consumables.
  

• Oversee inventory management, bin card systems, and physical versus system stock reconciliation.
  

• Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Commercial, and other internal teams.
  

• Manage incoming and outgoing transportation and material movements.
  

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and safety standards.
  

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  

Requirements

• Around 13 years of experience in stores, warehouse, and inventory management.
  

• Strong experience in end-to-end stores operations and team management.
  

• Knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, bin card systems, and warehouse management.
  

• Experience handling domestic, import, and export consignments.
  

• Familiarity with SOP compliance, audits, documentation, and MIS reporting.
  

• Experience in large FMCG companies such as HUL, Dabur, PepsiCo, Varun Beverages, or similar organizations is preferred.
