Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients seeking gold loan products
• Assist clients in understanding the gold loan process, including eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and loan terms
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients gold assets and provide accurate valuations
• Process gold loan applications efficiently and ensure timely disbursement of funds
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to gold loan transactions
