In-Store Execution & Visibility: Plan and execute impactful shelf placements, end-cap displays, and merchandising strategies to maximize brand dominance.
Channel-Specific Campaigns: Develop and coordinate retail promotions, product launches, and BTL (Below-The-Line) activations tailored to specific trade channels
Sales Support & Collateral: Equip the field sales team with necessary promotional tools, product catalogs, and retailer incentive schemes
Budget & ROI Management: Track the performance of trade programs, measure ROI, and assist in managing marketing funds efficiently
Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular trade visits and market audits to monitor competitor activities, gather shopper insights, and identify regional sales opportunities
